Cookie Policy

Draft of October 11, 2026

1. The short version

petnestr.com does not set cookies. PetNestr does not use advertising or analytics cookies anywhere. Because nothing optional is set, there is no cookie banner. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

2. What is stored on your device

• Sign-in session (the apps): kept in your browser's or phone's local storage so you stay signed in. Needed for the app to work.
• Your preferences (the apps): things like your last search area, the poster colours a business chose, and whether you have seen a tip. Needed to remember your choices.
• Your agreement to our terms (the apps): held briefly during sign-up, then saved to your account.

These are not cookies and are not used to track you across sites. You can clear them in your browser or phone settings, which signs you out.

3. Other companies

• Stripe: when you pay or set up payouts you are on a Stripe page, which sets its own cookies to prevent fraud and process the payment.
• Google and Apple: if you sign in with either, their sign-in page sets their own cookies.
• Google Fonts: petnestr.com loads its typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address when it does. It does not set a cookie for this.
• Google Maps: map and place search in the apps is supplied by Google.
